Yoga Teacher Tune up and Networking Retreat

Hey friends! Jonathan Richard and I are thrilled to be hosting a teachers retreat this coming May.

This modular style weekend is priced at $108 with food included, meaning you can come for a little or a lot. Getting into a group flow state will give us the ability to cover a variety of topics that will make you a better teacher, workshop leader and even host your own retreat. You have the ability by attending all six modules to earn up to 20 yours of Yoga Alliance continuing education credits

In this retreat we will cover:

Dynamic sequencing: keeping your flows fun, multi-level and safe

Advanced anatomy: understanding movement and how to cue more effectively

Business of yoga: auditioning, creating valuable workshops, retreats and trainings

Working with private clients: how to find and keep great clients you want to work with

Mindful adjustments: the science and language of touch, creating boundaries and safe spaces

Practice teaching: finding your voice in an authentic way to how YOU teach

and much more!!!

With over 1,000 hours of training and 5,000 hours of teaching experience, Jon and I will share with you what has helped us keep classes fun, engaging, multi-level, safe and full. We guarantee you will come out of this weekend refreshed and ready to meet your people in a whole new way!

***Twice daily plant-based meals will be provided as well as several opportunities to network with others in the wellness community.***

Food & meals

One of the things we love most about San Diego, the food! Our plant based menu is inspired by what’s organic and locally grown in season and has tastes for every palate. The cooking staff's passion for creating meals and elixirs that are light and nourishing is apparent in everything they whip up. Brunch and dinner are both large meals and midday fruit and snacks like hummus and guacamole are available.
